New Years Resolution

The New Year is a time to look back at the year passed and evaluate the things that have been good and bad in that year in your life. When I look back at 2008 there is one thing that stands out that I must change, my work ethic. I noticed that in 2008 I did the minimum just to get by and I now realize that this is not enough. I must work harder than I did in 2008 and exceed my expectations. I can no longer accept mediocre work from myself, I need to push myself harder and work like I have never worked before.
