People today obviously do not value their education as much as Sara Smolinsky. Kids in high school fail out of classes every day not because they are dumb, but because they don't care. Most of these kids are given a great chance to succeed in life and they take it for granted and fail out of class. If Sara were around today to see people fail because they are simply lazy, I feel like she would be disappointed with the current America.

I agree with you there are too many dumb kids that don't care enough to get a passing grade. That leads to dropouts and people without college educations.
