I believe that this quote is true for some but not most. For most people, like me, it is difficult to produce great writing. No matter how passionate you may feel about the topic, you are not necessarily a "good" writer. Personally, writing takes effort and time. Maybe for sophisticated writers there is nothing hard about writing, but for the rest of us it takes work.
